Founded in 2003 by Natalie Lynch, Lynch Law Firm, PLLC has grown to have its own independent clientele and market niche. Natalie’s clients represent several industries across the nation. At her core, she believes in the dignity of the workplace and each employee. The firm started with a workplace investigative practice, where Natalie continues to focus her passion, but it has grown to include litigation, company creation and dissolution, and more traditional employment services like onboarding, culture management, disciplinary work, handbooks, and protection of IP.
