Berry Law is known as “The American Veteran's Law Firm.” We have 3 practice areas: Veteran Disability Appeals, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury. Berry Law has been serving clients for over 50 years. Our founder, John Stevens Berry Senior, is a Vietnam Veteran. Following his time in service, John Berry Sr. started his law career which featured high profile court appearances in 24 states and two foreign countries. Today, his son, John Stevens Berry Jr. owns the firm. John Berry Jr. is also an Army Veteran and practicing attorney. At Berry Law, we currently have 28 attorneys and 110 employees. We currently have two office locations: one in Lincoln, Nebraska and one in Omaha, Nebraska. The mission at Berry Law is to fight alongside those who choose to fight back when a conflict or injury jeopardizes their freedom, family, or future. Berry Law represents Veterans nationwide and maintains a regional trial practice which includes criminal defense and personal injury.
